In this course, students will learn the basic business principles and setup needed to start a successful mobile RV repair business.
The course is arranged in to seven lessons: Beginning With The End In Mind, Business Plan, Market Analysis, Business Structure, Business Insurance, Start Up Costs, & Traits Of A Successful Business Owner.
Lesson One covers beginning with the end in mind - the guiding principle of this course. Students will learn to define their what and their why, identify what they are willing to give up, and create a vision for their business.
Lesson Two covers creating a business plan. Students will learn the importance of creating a business plan, as well as how to apply the elements of a business plan and SWOT analysis specifically to a mobile RV repair business, and how to overcome writer's block.
Lesson Three covers the market analysis. Students will learn how to identify their target market, how to identify service offerings, and how to determine the feasibility of this business in their desired area.
Lesson Four covers business structures. Students will learn the importance of the business structure for protecting assets and the best business structure for a mobile RV repair business.
Lesson Five covers business insurance. Students will learn about the challenges of insuring a mobile RV repair business, the importance of insuring your mobile RV repair business, and strategies for securing the correct insurance package.
Lesson Six covers start up costs. Students will learn the most common expenses in starting a mobile RV repair business, as well as strategies for minimizing expenses.
